Welcome to the Minnesota Association of Women Police.  Our organization is an Affiliate Member of the International Association of Women Police.  The association was established to promote the role of women in law enforcement.

Our goals include fostering public recognition and understanding of the special place of women in law enforcement, encouraging women to enter, and remain in, law enforcement, developing professional and personal relationships, facilitating the exchange of information, providing training and information to women police officers, contributing to the growth of the agencies represented and the communities served and achieving compliance with strict ethical standards and professionalism.  Please feel free to view our site and see what we are all about.
